Why buy a LEGEND ? Well, here’s what I think…
I have been looking to upgrade my aluminum boat for 12 months now for a more comfortable ride with a bit more room and Speed. I’ve looked at a lot of boats, asked a lot of questions and haven’t had a lot of feedback from the dealers until I came across WAYNE at HYPERMARINE. The finish of the boats is great | The ride is comfortable and at 60mph in the rough you feel like you are still sitting in an armchair | Storage – well its going to cost me a fortune to fill the compartments up | Colors just so many combinations to choose from – and this was the hardest thing in getting this boat ordered | Delivery 12 weeks to get a custom built boat to my specs, exported thousands of kms, electronics fitted, water tested, custom cover made, and ready to go fishing ( I cant even get a plumber that quick! )

Lyndell and I have been competing in singles and team events in bass fishing tournaments for the last 5 years. I live in Brisbane so Moreton Bay is the place I love to fish and now with the Legend Alpha 211′s great ability in rough water I will be able to get to the spots I need to fish in comfort. The bream circuit takes me to all kinds of waterways along the east coast from the open water at Redcliffe to the long runs up the Clarence river, so choosing the Alpha 211 hull gave me the best of both with its top end speed and the smooth ride in rough water. Also, all of the features on the 211 make a day out on the water more pleasurable.

I don’t think that I have enjoyed a sport as much as the tournament scene here in Australia, and since upgrading to the Legend Alpha 199 w 225 ProXS it has been a pleasure competing in these tournaments.

Ben Hill TAS - Ben has recently taken delivery of his LEGEND Alpha 191: I have recently got my Alpha 191 with an 200 pro xs optimax. I was blown away by the quality of the finish on this boat – it is the best I have seen. After taking it for it’s maiden voyage I was very impressed by the ride it delivered in the small chop that was dished up. Now I can’t wait to run the motor in so I can see what speed I can get out of it.
